5 year old boy kidnapped, killed by kidnappers and asked the father to pay 50 million naira ransom

Two eighteen year old Nigerian boys arrested for the kidnapped of a 5 year old boy, the boy was kidnapped from his school after the closing hour and he was drugged and died on the spot, The boy was recognized as Ahmed Ado.

This happened in Kano state, The young kidnappers, after killing the victim, they called the father and requested for a sum of 50 million  naira ransom, unknowing to the father that his boy is dead, he was negotiating with the kidnappers to have mercy, They argue price from 50 million naira to 20 million naira and the father had to beg them to collect 200,000 naira.

Parading the suspects, the Kano state police commissioner Ahmed Ilyasu, said the police received a complaint that the boy was kidnapped and were able to arrest and after some investigations, a principal suspect, Ibrahim Ahmed, 28.
In addition, the police also nabbed one Musa Sanusi and another suspect both aged 18.

Ilyasu stated that after interrogation, the suspects confessed that they kidnapped the boy and drugged him which resulted in the boy's death

The boy was buried in a shallow grave in an uncompleted building, the police said.

Thanks to the Kano state police who had disinter the body of the victim and the suspects will be taken to court.

This is the highest form of inhumanity and police will not relent in fighting against all forms of criminal activities, said the police chief.
